Amazon Box Cake

This is a dense cake, that is perfect as a boozy cake as a gift for Xmas

Amazon Box Cake

1 box Graham Crackers, Pulverized in a vitamix

6 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups milk

2 sticks melted butter

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1 cup almonds, chopped

1 cup Pistachios, chopped

2 t Baking powder

1 t ground ginger

1 t cinnamon

 2 granny smith apples, peeled and chopped

Preheat oven to 250oF

Line a small Amazon Box with Non stick foil, NOT PARCHMENT

Mix EVERYTHING together and  pour into the Amazon box, 

Support the box with a baking sheet

and bake 3 hours

 

 

At this time you can booze it up and drizzle it with Marzettis apple dip caramel.
