Keto Saffron Buns
1 package King Arthur Keto Pizza Dough prepared with
1/3 cup Truvia
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 stick softened butter
1 egg
1/4 cup Bamboo Fiber
1-1/2 cup boiling milk
1 t saffron
steep the saffron in the milk, then cool it to lukewarm
Put everything in a food processor and process til the dough starts slightly pulling away from the sides of the bowl. The dough will be sticky and loose. Transfer to a greased bowl and let rise
When risen, dump out onto the work surface and cut into eighths and massage in a few Craisins to each eighth and put into a muffin tin brush with beaten egg and bake at 350F for 25-30 mins.
Serve with butter
Note: you can make traditional S shapes but I didnt want to
