Keto/LowCarb Cookie Butter Buns
1 box King Arthur KETO pizza dough, prepared with
1-1/2 cups lukewarm milk instead of the water
1/2 stick softened butter instead of the oil
1/3 cup truvia
1/3 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Bamboo fiber
1 egg
Processed in a food processor for 2 mins, then put in a greased bowl
Let rise once, Tip it onto the counter and cut like this
In each 8th Minimally "massage" in
1 T ChocZero Cookie Butter
and a few roasted Pecans
Then place each bun in a greased muffin tin
Brush with beaten egg and
Bake at 350F for 25-30 mins
