 Cheesecake Stuffed Adult Pfeffernuesse Rolls

 

 

2 frozen Wegmans Whole Wheat Pizza Dough, thawed

1 Tub Philly Brand Cheesecake Filling

1/3 cup wondra flour

Pfeffernuesse Seasoning

1 cup Brown Sugar

1 stick Butter

 

Optional Toppings

Crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

1/2 cup chopped Pecans

Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl, then add 1/4 cup Spice

Mix half the tub of cheesecake with the flour.

 

Divide all the dough into 9 balls

Roll out dough to a long thin shape, spread the cheesecake along the middle and seal

 

Spread the sugar spice butter on the outside of the rope 

 

 

Roll up and form rolls

 

Place in a buttered square baking dish and bake at 350F 30 mins until golden
