Cheesy Butternut Squash
1 Butternut Squash, cut in half, seeds scooped out, placed cut side down on an oiled cookie sheet and baked till soft and skin removed. Cooled down till just warm
1 cup shredded Colby Cheddar
2 Eggs
1/3 cup King Arthur Keto Flour
1-1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 t dried Onion
1/2 t dried Garlic
1 T Dijon
2 splashes Worcestershire
Hot Sauce if desired
Mash everything together and put in a greased square baking dish , top with more cheese and bake in a 350F oven 1 hour, serve
