Wagon Wheels, Crunchy Black Beans, Apples, Squash, Pecans and Craisins, dusted with Prairie Dust Sweet, Spicy, Smokey Seasoning Blend
Cowgirl Nibbles
2 cups Bindi Shaped FryUms (from the Indian store)
20 leaves fresh sage (optional)
2 cans black beans
2 cups cubed FREEZE DRIED Butternut Squash
1-1/2 cups Freeze Dried Apple Cubes
1 cup Craisins
1 t Cumin
1 T sugar
1 cup Roast Pecans
1/2 t salt
Oil for frying
Drain and rinse the beans, then put on a baking sheet with a little oil and roast in a 350F oven till dry and crunchy. Remove to a plate to cool
Fry the FryUms in oil till they puff up and float, drain and cool
After frying the FryUms, fry the sage leaves till crisp, drain and cool
Toss all together with Craisins and Pecans and dust with sugar, salt and as much Prairie Dust as you want.
Eat out of hand.
DO NOT USE WAGON WHEEL PASTA IT IS TOO CRUNCHY
