Kimchi Casserole
1 package Country Ribs
1 onion, sliced
1 Polska Kielbasa, sliced in chunks
4 cups RIPE kimchi, chopped
1 bag walmart angel hair cabbage
1 block Super firm tofu, planked
5 cloves garlic rough chopped
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of shrimp soup
4 cans water
1 t salt
1/2 t Pepper
Sear pork
Add everything else into a slow cooker and slow cook all day.,...
Add Rice Cakes towards the last 1/2 hour of cooking
This kimchi is VERY ripe
