Kitchen Equipment #2 Henrietta Egg Cooker

The Henrietta Egg Cooker is one of my most favorite kitchen appliances. It cooks hard boiled eggs without a stove or all that heat and steam. It poaches eggs too.
All you do is add water to the handy lines in the base (selecting hard, medium, or soft cooked)  and put the eggs in the tray (it comes with two trays, one for hard cooked one for poached).
