 Mac And Cheese For Breakfast???

2 boxes of regular Kraft Mac and Cheese
4 cups water
1 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Shredded cheddar and Garlic powder to doctor it up (optional)

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.

Open both boxes of M&C
Pour the macaroni into a Vitamix and pulse until it looks like cornmeal.
Pour into a bowl and pour in the 2 packs of cheese sauce, Salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste) and mix thoroughly.

Pour 4  cups of water and a cup of milk into a large, heavy bottomed pan on high heat, Bring to a boil and slowly pour in the macaroni mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened, add the butter and stir till completely melted and your arms tired of stirring, and pour into the loaf pan and let set till firm (overnight in the fridge)
Be careful, this mixture can sputter at you!

Slice and fry in a oiled non stick pan till crispy edged, serve with fried eggs, bacon, sauteed tomatoes and Hot Sauce on the side.
