1 cup white cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cup Chinese cabbage or Green Bok-Choy tops, finely shredded
20 finely julienned snow peas
1/2 cup Shredded carrot
2 heaping tablespoons pickled sushi ginger, chopped
The green parts of 1 bunch of scallions shredded on the diagonal

toss all thoroughly

dressing:

3 heaping tablespoon mayo
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sushi ginger brine
3 tablespoons ground sesame seeds ( NOT tahini, see note)
2 teaspoon hot sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Szechwan pepper
1/3-1/2 cup Wasabi Peas
1 teaspoon salt
FG pepper

Whisk together and pour over cabbages and mix well.
serve with whole black sesame sprinkled over top.

Note: I have a Bell-One® (now Zojirushi) sesame grinder, you can get one
at any Asian market, or here at Amazon  but if you cant, try using a
spice grinder or if you dont have one of those, smash them under
drinking tumbler! or try anything.... just break the skin!
