Beef-Birds

4 braciolle style beef fillets
4 cups stove top stuffing prepared
1 LARGE jar beef gravy
oil
1/2 sliced onion
salt and fg pepper

Season the beef with salt and pepper
Roll the stuffing up in the beef, securing with a toothpick.
Oil a skillet and heat it up add the beef rolls and
sear on all sides, remove to a baking dish.
Fry the onions till translucent, season. add the gravy
and heat up. pour over the rolls, bake in 350of oven for 1 hour.
Serve with a veggie.
