Cornish Pasty Pizza







 Cornish Pasty Pizza

Boboli thin
1 T Melted Butter
2/3rds cup Marmite Bechamel
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
1 large Shredded Carrot
2 Thin Sliced large new Potatoes
1/2 very small Turnip, thin sliced
1/2 pack Thin Sliced Philly Cheesesteak Style Beef
1 bloc Shredded Extra Sharp White Cheddar

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam, spread the Potatoes and Turnips on it and bake for 10 mins in a 375 oven,  Chop the turnips set aside

Fry the onion in a little oil in a pan till it takes on color add beef, then the carrot and fry about 10 mins until its all cooked and no moisture remains in pan, season with salt and pepper, set aside.

 Make the Marmite Bechamel

3 T butter
2 T Flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Marmite
Black pepper

Melt the butter in a pot and then add the flour and stir till bubbly, whisk in the milk and stir till thickened, add the Marmite and pepper

Put the Melted Butter in a Pizza pan, and spread it evenly
Top with the Boboli
Spread with the Marmite Bechamel.

Top with the Potatoes, and turnip, season with salt and pepper then the onion, beef and carrot mixture.



Top with Shredded cheese.

Bake in a 400 degree oven till bubbly and golden, slice and eat with a beer
