Arrange
Smoked Mozzarella, Sliced
Fried Sage Leaves
Roasted Poblano Peppers, peeled and deseeded, cut in squares
artfully and drizzle with the dressing
Dressing
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 t Oregano
1 t Cumin
1 t Tajin
Salt & Pepper
1/4 cup pickled Jalapeno brine
Agave Syrup to taste
Shake all in a jar, serve
