 Walk Around With A Fork At A Party Eating Greek! Juicy Lamb Nuggets, Lemon Potatoes, Greek Seasoned Eggplant, Feta Cheese Sauce

 

 

 




 

 Moussaka Fry Basket

Lamb Nuggets

Crispy Deep Fried Lamb Nuggets With Greek Spices 

1 lb Diced Lamb Chops
1 cup flour
2 T Gyro Seasoning
1/2 t salt 
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Flour 
 
Put 1 cup water and 1/2 cup flour in a bowl and mix it, add the lamb and mix to coat
 
In another bowl, put the 1 cup flour and seasonings in it. Mix.
 
Put the deep fryer on and when its hot, take the lamb out of the flour slurry and put it in the dry seasoned flour, coat completely and fry till golden
 
Drain on paper towels 

Eggplant Nuggets

Large Cubes of Eggplant, seasoned with Garlic and Cumin, breaded and Fried 

2 Japanese Eggplants diced in large cubes
1 cup flour
2 t Garlic powder
1/2 t salt 
2 t Cumin
1 cup Water
1/2 cup flour 
 
 
Put 1 cup water and 1/2 cup flour in a bowl and mix it, add the eggplant and mix to coat
 
In another bowl, put the 1 cup flour and seasonings in it. Mix.
 
Put the deep fryer on and when its hot, take the eggplant out of the flour slurry and put it in the dry seasoned flour, coat completely and fry till golden
 
Drain on paper towels 
 

Potato Nuggets

Tiny whole potatoes, deep fried and dusted with lemon juice powder and salt 

2 cans potatoes drained
Lemon Juice Powder (True Lemon Brand)
Salt 
 
Fry the potatoes in a hot deep fryer till golden.
As soon as they are golden, sprinkle with Salt & Lemon Powder 

Drizzling/Dipping Sauce 

Bechamel with feta cheese

 2 cups milk
2 T Butter
2-4 T Flour
1 Block Feta Cheese, chopped up
Salt & Pepper

 Melt Butter and Flour in a pot till bubbly, Whisk in the Milk and Feta and Salt and Pepper and cook till bubbly and thick. 

Serve in Paper Baskets with the Sauce over top.
