Okay People, Ive Given You All A Head Start. Make These Low Carb Fries And Low Carb "Baked Fauxtatoes" Work

 

 

They hold up and dont fall apart while frying, but they are still delicate, 
Do you know of anything to help them? 



Fauxtato Fries
 
 1 Extra Large Jar Flora Lupini Beans
1 cup milk
1 cup water
 

Drain the Lupini Beans and rinse 3 times, put in an Instant Pot, cover with milk and water

Pressure cook on Bean, 1 hour. Drain

Put them in a Vitamix with a little half and half and blend till smooth

1/2 cup Half and Half
2 T butter
Salt and Pepper 
1/4 t of Amoretti Potato Flavor  (do not buy the baked potato flavor from Amazon, it tastes like breadrolls) 
 
 Scrape them into a bowl, add salt and pepper, the butter and 1/4 t of Amoretti Potato Flavor  
 
Then add 

1/3 cup pofiber

1/2 t  Konjac Powder

Freeze in these molds

Remove from molds 

Dust with More Potato fiber. 

Fry till golden

 

Only use that brand of PoFiber 

 


To Make Baked Fauxtatoes

Put a 1/2 cup dollop of the above mixture in the middle of a piece of plastic wrap and gather up the edges and twist and secure with a twist tie 

Freeze then unmold 

Dust with Potato fiber. and deep fry whole till brown, crack it open and dress it up.

  A nice dipping Sauce

Pickle Juice Mayo

1 cup Olive Oil
2 T Whole Dried Eggs
1 T Dijon
7 T Pickle Juice
Salt
Pepper
 
Put the eggs, Pickle Juice, dijon, and salt and pepper in a Immersion blender cup and stir to blend.
let sit 5 mins then add the oil and insert the immersion blender and blend bottom to top until thick.
If you like, add Unsweet relish..
