Smokehouse Bakery Series Part 1 -- BBQ Pie



2 Pie Crusts (store bought or home made)

4 Apples, peeled cored and chopped rough
1/4th cup Wondra Flour
1/2 to 1 cup sugar (brown or white depends how sweet you like your pie)
1/4th to 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (more for strong or less for mild I like Bullseye regular)
2/3rds cup chopped Pecans

Place one crust in a pie plate.

Mix the apples with the other ingredients and pour into pie shell, cover with other crust, seal, flute and place in a 425 f oven for 15 mins then reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40-45 mins, until golden and bubbly, Serve
If the edges start getting too brown before the center is done make a circle of foil to cover the edge with.
