Smokehouse Bakery Part 7 Grilled Smoked AB&Js

Grilled Smoked AB&Js

2 cups Smoked Almonds

Put them in the Vitamix and process into Almond Butter.

Grilled Apricot Jam

1 bag of Ultimate Mariani Dried Apricots

Grill dried apricots on a outside grill (preferably with charcoal or wood box) until they have nice grill marks. Make sure to close the lid for at least 1 minute to let them get a smoky flavor.

Put into a bowl with boiling water and let sit till softened, then add 1/3 cup sugar and use an immersion blender to blend into a paste.

Very lightly butter one side of 2 pieces of bread and then spread the Smoked Almond Butter on one half and some Apricot Jam on the other and grill till toasty and warm.
