Tomato Biscuit "Clafouti"



Tomato Biscuit Clafouti

1 pack cherry tomatoes (Heirloom multi colored are pretty)
2-1/4 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
fresh basil, torn, about a handful
salt and fg pepper

Pre-heat oven to 375f. grease a round baking dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour in the
dish. Plop the tomatoes over the batter and bake
till golden and done, about 32 minutes
