Grapefruit And Fennel Mocktail
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 t roasted fennel powder
The sections from 3 pink Grapefruit
Club soda
Boil the sugar and 1 cup water with the fennel powder till sugar is dissolved.
Puree the Grapefruit with 1 cup of the water
Strain the grapefruit thru a sieve and discard the pulp
strain the syrup thru papertowels in a sieve
To assemble
Glass
Ice Cubes
Grapefruit Liquid,
Fennel syrup
Club soda
Straw
