Plate Chicken


This would be a great low carb way to serve Ethiopian curries, instead of the Injera bread.
Plate Chicken

Chicken Breasts

1 cup Flour
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
2 T Ranch Seasoning



Flatten the chicken breasts in an Oxo pie crust bag with an Oxo meat mallet



Peel open the top of the bag and coat the one side with flour mix, then close, flip and open the other side and coat the other side with flour mix. Do all of the breasts the same.

Fry individually in 330 degree oil in a wok.
They only take 4 minutes to cook.
Drain on paper towels

Serve each on a platter
