Smokehouse Bakery #8 Smoked Ranch Deviled Eggs

So datgum good! These will be a huge hit at a BBQ
Smoked Ranch Deviled Eggs


12 Hard Boiled Eggs

1/2 cup Mayo
1-1/2 T Ranch dressing powder
1/4th t dried Jalapeno
1 T sweet relish
Salt and Pepper to taste


Smoke the whole eggs for 1 hour with two pans of Alder wood.
(I have a Smokehouse Products Lil Chief smoker)
 Remove them from the smoker with tongs, and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight
Refrigerate

When ready to serve,
Put on GLOVES (unless you want everything to smell of smoked food for 2 months)
Cut in half,
Scoop out yolks, mash with other ingredients
Put this mixture in a plastic baggie, snip a corner off the bag and squeeze the filling into the "shells",

Serve.
