Buffalo Chicken Dipable Meatballs

Serve to your sweety as a tasty edible snack bouquet
Buffalo Chicken Dipable Meatballs



1-1/2 lb ground chicken
2 T hot sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Mix all the above, and form into small meatballs, stick skewers in each and freeze

1 cup Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake mix
2 T egg white powder
1 cup Water

Mix the above and heat oil in a pot to 330oF and dip the balls into the batter and fry about 6 at a time, remove when they are golden all over.

Serve with Blue Cheese Ranch


1 packet Ranch
1 cup mayo
1 cup milk
1/3 cup finely crumbled blue cheese

Shake all together in a bowl.

Serve
