Devils Food Pecan Chocolate Fudge Buns

Cake mix, and Jarred Ice Cream Fudge Topping is the key.
Devils Food Pecan Fudge Buns


1 packet yeast
1 T sugar
2 cup flour, divided
1/2 stick butter melted and cooled
1 box Devils food cake mix
1-1/2 cups warm water


Sprinkle the sugar then the yeast on top of the warm water. Stir.
In 10 minutes it should be bubbling, when it does, stir in the flour, and stir completely.
set it aside for 30 minutes.
Scrape it all into a big bowl with the butter and cake mix, and the additional cup of flour
and vigorously knead in the bowl till it starts to pull off the sides of the bowl and your gloves.
;let rise for 30 minutes.


Flour your work surface and scrape the dough onto it, knead a bit, then roll out into a rectangle.




Spread

1 Jar Smuckers chocolate fudge
1 can chopped pecans

onto the dough, then roll up the long side and slice.
Brush the flour off each bun then
Place them on their sides onto a greased square pan and let rise one last time, for 30 mins then bake in a 350oF oven
