Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

2 T Anise Seeds

1/4 cu Fennel Seeds
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

1/2 stick softened Butter

1 small Chopped Onion
1/3 cup Brown Sugar

Combine the Anise and Fennel seeds in a blender and process until it forms a powder, combine with brown sugar, salt and pepper

Spray a sheet with Pam,
spread the dough on the sheet and then spread with butter then sprinkle the onion and the spices (you dont need to use it all)
Bake in a 350 oven about 20-30 mins.

It will fill your house with the smell of an Italian restaurant.
