Stuffed Squid Soup

A simple soup with squid and pork
Stuffed Squid Soup

8 Thawed Baby Squid Bodies, cleaned, skinned
1 lb Ground Pork
2 giant Carrots, peeled
1/4 cup Chopped chives/scallion top
1 onion sliced
Water



Mix the ground pork with 2 T of Rosdee, and 1/4 cup  of finely diced carrot, and the scallions.
Stuff the squid and then score 3 lines across one side with a razor blade.
Set aside. in a medium pot put 3 cups water, 2 T of Rosdee and the onion.
Slice 1/4 inch slices of carrot, then use a flower cutter to cut out carrot flowers.
Add to the pot and let simmer for 5 minutes skimming foam.
Drop in the squid and simmer for 10 minutes, skimming foam.


This is a soup I saw on this video, but there was no recipe or anything so I figured Id make it by the video alone
