Cold Summer Chili


Soooo soo so good! Make a large container full in the summer for late night fridge runs. Smoked Paprika is essential, Or try chipotle powder


Cold Summer Chili

2-1/2 cups Buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Red Kidney Beans, drained
1 can niblets Corn, drained
1 each red and green peppers, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 t smoked paprika
1/2 t cumin
1 T sugar
1/2 t salt
 few dashes pepper
few leaves fresh oregano
hot sauce


Mix the buttermilk, sour cream, paprika, salt, pepper, sugar, cumin and hot sauce, together
then mix everything in a big bowl, and put back in the fridge, overnight..
Serve cold
