Shakshuka is hot this past year..Ive made this Middle Eastern "Baked Egg" dish easy for your busy life.
The In Thing #2 Shakshuka Made Simple

6-8 Eggs
1 Jar Prego Roasted Red Peppers And Garlic Pasta Sauce
1 Packet Mild Chili Seasoning
1 Chopped Onion
2 T Olive Oil
Red Chili Flakes

Heat the olive oil in the skillet till hot, fry the onion till translucent, add the Chili Seasoning, fry a little bit, then add the Pasta Sauce and Rotelli tomato and Chili and the red chili flakes and simmer on medium till reduced and thickened.
Create 6 nests in the sauce and crack an egg in each.
Cover and let cook till of desired doneness, Serve.
If desired top with crumbled Feta and Chopped Parsley
