A vegan version of an old favorite, with a twist, No Tomatoes! My version is LOADED with veggies! Healthy!
Sloppy Joans
1/2 cup Honey Mustard
1 cup water
1 cup water
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped fine
half a jalapeno, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped fine
half a jalapeno, chopped
1 t salt
Dash garlic powder
1/4 t celery seed
1/2 t chili powder
1 T Hot Sauce
1 T Hot Sauce
oil
Fry the onion and peppers and jalapeno until translucent.
Season with salt, pepper, and the rest of spices.
Stir 1 min.
Add the mustard and water and mix to make the sauce.
Add the Vegan Meat and stir to heat thru and serve on buns
Serve HOT
