Cocktail Paneer Balls With Mango Chutney Sauce
1 block Swad Paneer,shredded
1/2 cup mashed potato flakes
1/3 cup sauteed onion
1/3 cup sweet peas
2 T sugar
1 cup water

1 t Curry Powder
Mix all together in a bowl then form into cocktail sized balls and refrigerate overnight

1/2 t baking powder
1/2 - 3/4 cup water
Whisk all of the above together. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.
Heat oil in a pot to 330oF
coat the balls in the batter and drop in 6 at a time, and fry till golden,
Drain on paper towels
1 bottle Hot Mango Chutney
2 T vinegar
1/2 t Kashmiri chili powder
1/2t salt
1/4 cup sour cream
Mix everything and serve with the balls
