Grilled Caprese Sandwich
Italian Bread
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Sliced Tomato
Fresh Basil Leaves
Butter
Toast the bread on both sides.
Deseed the tomato and slice thin and lay the slices on paper towels so the samich wont be too wet.
Slice the mozzarella and lay it on paper towels too
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Layer all ingredients and dust with seasoning.
Lay the other piece of bread on top.
Grill one side, then carefully flip, then cover the frypan and take off the heat and let sit for 15 minutes then serve.

1 T Dried Vinegar Powder (or in a pinch, dried lemon juice powder)
