Amish Black Walnut Cake
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans

4 t baking powder
Dash Salt
Whisk the above together

1 cup butter
5 egg whites
1 cup milk
2 t.Loriann Buttery Sweet Dough flavoring
(Loriann makes cakes taste like cakeshop cakes)
Put all into a blender and blend till smooth
Mix both together with
3 oz finely chopped Black Walnuts (REAL BLACK WALNUTS!)

and then pour into the pans and bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

2 cups white shortening
1/2 cup Coffeemate powder
1 bag Powdered Sugar
Whip together the Shortening, creamer, and extract
Then whip in the powdered sugar
Then add water till it reaches the consistency you like.
Frost inside and out, Sprinkle the entire top with 1 cup of chopped black walnuts
Serve
