Burnt Onion Salsa

So good with crackers and cheese

Burnt Onion Salsa


4 red onions
1 cup drained Kalamata Olives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 T fresh oregano

Peel the onions and put em under the broiler till all sides are burnt. take em out, trim off the tops and bottoms and then put everything in the food processor and pulse till the pieces are little bits.
Serve with crackers and cheese.
