Retro Recipe Redo # 12 Smores Cake

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour this pan

    1-1/2 cups sugar
    2 sticks softened butter
    4 eggs
    1 cup milk

 Beat the above together in a big bowl

    3 cups Pulverized sifted Graham Crackers (use the Vitamix, until fine as flour)
1/3 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
   4 t baking powder

Whisk the above together to combine, then add it to the wet mixture and beat until smooth.
Pour into the pan and stir in the following.

Large Marshmallows, lightly toasted, cooled then chopped up (try and use the toasted tops
Broken up Hershey Bars 4 or less

Bake for 1 hour and 15 mins. Dont bother with the toothpick test as it is too sticky moist to ever come out clean.

Cool on a plate

"Frost the top with melted marshmallow creme and melted chocolate.

Enjoy a no mess slice of Smores as a cake
