Ube and Sweet Green Bean Paste Doughnuts

For the Sweet Green Bean Paste

1 bag frozen Lima beans
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

I pressure cooked the above for 5 whistles on medium in my Indian Pressure Cooker, then poured it all into a Vitamix and processed it till it was a sweet smooth paste

Then I put it in a Ziploc bag and set it aside

For the Ube Cheesecake filling

1 large Ube (as seen above) microwaved on the potato setting till soft, then peeled and cooled till lukewarm
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup Philly premade Cheesecake Filling

Place all in a bowl and whip till combined. Place in a Ziploc bag and set aside

 Yes I did add a tiny bit of Green Food Color for the Photogenic purposes

To make the doughnuts you need a pot of oil on medium.
Pillsbury Homestyle Biscuit Dough

Roll out one biscuit and pipe a ring of one of the pastes on it, roll out another biscuit and carefully place it on top and seal the edges, carefully cut out the center with a small ring and seal the edges, 


Or make a pocket in the side of a single biscuit and fill with one of the pastes and seal the edge.

Fry, carefully, till golden, drain on paper towels and dredge in powdered sugar or regular sugar
