A whole pretty fresh Breadfruit
Lets get this done...
Peel it
Cut those dark cores out
Slice it
Fry it till its a little brown around the edges
Get out your tortilla press
Line it with plastic
Flatten the now softened Breadfruit Slices
Fry again till crispy, dust with salt and eat or serve with any Caribbean favorite food
