Artisanal Yummies #1 The Beehive

1/2 box, De Cecco Bucatini, over cooked (25 mins), tossed with the following

1/2 bottle mild honey mustard (I used THIS Bookbinders,Trust me its not hot)
1/2 cup Mayo
2 T Honey
1 t Turmeric

Coil the Bucatini around the INSIDE of a very lightly greased metal bowl.



Mix the following

2 cups Ricotta
1/2 cup shredded Cabot horseradish cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
2 Eggs
 Salt and Pepper

and carefully spread over the Bucatini to coat it and create another concave area.

 Cover the cheese with

5 Roasted, skinned and seeded Yellow Peppers

Saute 1 pound ground or finely diced chicken.
add it to the following

2 boxes Zatarains Wild Rice/brown rice mix
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 T Whole Seed Mustard (Again I used Bookbinders)
3 cups water
salt and pepper

Cook in a pot for 40 minutes

Stuff the remaining cave with this mixture and bake in an 350oF oven.

Cool Completely

Demould.

Garnish with drizzle of honey and little bee motifs
