Dalgona Chai  

Serves 2

3 cups very Hot Milk

1/4 cup Jaggery

1 T Chai Seasoning

Mix all of the above in a bowl till the Jaggery is melted, then chill

When its cold, make the Whipped Tea

You cannot whip unsweetened dry iced tea powder, like Dalgona coffee, you must use a whipping agent like Dream Whip

1/4 cup  Unsweetened Plain Ice Tea Powder

1 packet Dream Whip

1/4 cup water

2 T Sugar

 

Whip the above till its like whipped cream

 

To Serve:

 

Put Ice in a glass, add 1-1/2 cup chai-milk to each glass, top with whipped tea and serve .

You can also serve hot.
