Pani Puri Flavored Artichoke Hummus
2 Cans Drained Artichoke Bottoms
1/4 cup Tahini
1 bunch Mint, washed, stems discarded
1 T Pani Puri Masala Powder
1 t Lime juice Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Chaat Masala
1 chopped Green Chili
Salt & pepper
1 t Lime juice Powder
1 t Cumin
1 t Chaat Masala
1 chopped Green Chili
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup water
Liquify this all in a Blender, Vitamix, Then add the Artichoke Bottoms and Tahini and Blend till smooth.
Serve with Papadums, Or Crisp Naan Or Roti Chips
