 1 Extra Large Jar Flora Lupini Beans

1 can Artichokes hearts, Drained

1 can Palm Hearts, Drained

Drain the Lupini Beans and rinse 3 times, put in an Instant Pot, cover with milk and water

Pressure cook on Bean, 1 hour. Drain

Put everything in a Vitamix and blend till smooth

Add, cream, butter, salt and pepper and anything you like.
