Homemade Croissant dough stuffed with a sweet toasty almond mixture, delish!
Snickerdoodle Croissants
One recipe of my croissant dough
1/2 cup Sugar
1 T Cinnamon
1 cup Almonds (toasted)
1 stick Butter
Pulse the Sugar, Almonds and Cinnamon together in a food processor, then pulse in the butter
Roll out the semi frozen dough
Cut out triangles from the dough and spread on the filling and roll up.
Let rise 1 hour then pop in a 350oF Oven
Till puffy and golden.
