Keto Jalapeno Cheddar Jack Cheese Souffle


 
 
 Each spoonful is savory cheesy goodness
 
 
 
Keto Jalapeno Cheddar Jack Cheese Souffle
 
1/2 a stick of butter
1/4 cup Carbolose flour
4 eggs, separated
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup milk
Pepper
1 t Powdered Jalapeno
2 t Dijon Mustard

Whip the egg whites with a little salt until stiff peaks, set aside

Melt the butter in a pot and add the Carbolose flour, pepper, mustard and powdered Jalapeno.

Whisk in milk till bubbly, then stir in cheese until melted, then very quickly add the egg yolks until combined. Cool till warm.

Fold in the egg whites quickly, then pour into a non greased casserole dish and bake 40-50 mins.

Serve immediately
