4 eggs, room temp
1 cup milk, room temp
1 t vanilla
Just put all the wet ingredients above in a blender/Vitamix and process at high for 1 minute.
Then pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients then mix till smooth, pour into the pans and bake for 25-30 mins.
Let cool completely and frost with Birch Benders KETO Frosting
