Crispy Baked Fudge Part 2 

8 oz Dark chocolate

2 Egg, room temp

Break up the chocolate and put in a bowl and nuke for 1 minute.

Stir till smooth

Plug in the Vitamix, crack the eggs inside

 dump all the chocolate into the eggs and immediately cap it, and then turn it on high, till it is smooth.

Scrape into a foil pie plate and bake 15 mins
