Tomato Black Pepper Sno-Cone
2 lb summer tomatoes or cherry tomatoes (taste them first)
1/4 cup sugar
2 t cracked black pepper
handful Fresh Basil
1 t balsamic vinegar
Puree everything in a Vitamix then freeze in ice cube trays and put thru a Sno-Cone maker into cones
and eat
