Spicy, smoky, creamy and full of flavor
Chicken Ala Kink
2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
6 slices cooked Bacon, chopped
1 can/tub White Queso (Gordos)
1 chopped Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 Cups My Mushrooms
Diced Red and Green Jalapeno
Saute the onions, bacon, garlic and peppers in oil on medium until translucent. Add the Mushrooms and Chicken to heat thru, Set aside.
3 T Flour
3 T Butter
1-1/2 cup half and half
1-1/2 cup chicken stock
2 T Sherry
2 T Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Melt the butter in a pot, and add the flour and stir till it bubbles,
add the sherry till it boils then the half and half and chicken stock, and hot sauce and let it simmer till thickened, then add the veggies and chicken and
simmer till hot and bubbly.
Serve over cooked Black Rice
