White Trash Pate

 

Serve slices with toasts, crackers and hot sauces and cheeses and pickles

 

White Trash Pate 

 

1 block Scrapple, cubed

1/2 a fabric roll of Taylor Ham In Philly/NJ/Delaware Pork Roll, cubed

2 Eggs

1/2 t pepper 

1 cup shredded cheese 

1/4 cup Hot Sauce

 

Puree everything in a food processor till smooth. Pour into greased small round pan and bake 350F

1 hour Until golden on the outside.

 

Let cool and then wrap and refrigerate.
