Restaurant Recreations #16: Coconut Chicken Strips With 2 Sauces

So so so so Good! The Sauces are fantabulous! Double Dip them mix the sauces.

 
 Coconut Chicken Strips With 2 Sauces
 
Put a deep fryer with oil on and put the heat to medium. 
 
2 Aldi Chicken Breasts, sliced in strips
 
1/2 cup chicken fry flour 
1 cup Water
 
Mix the flour and water together and put the chicken in.
 
1 cup chicken seasoned fry flour 
2-1/2 cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
S&P

 Mix this all together and dip the chicken in the coconut flour and fry 4-6 minutes until golden. 

Drain on paper towels and serve with the sauces... 

Sauces

Hot Spicy Sunshine Dip
 
1 cup Orange Marmalade
1 Red Jalapeno, finely minced
1/2 a Red Onion minced 
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
4 T Cider Vinegar
 
Mix it all up, let meld in the fridge a few days. 
 

Cold Creamy Mustard Caviar Sauce

1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 t each S&P
1/4 t each Onion and Garlic Powder 
1/4 cup Dijon
1/2 cup Whole Grain Mustard 
 
 
Mix it all up, let meld in the fridge a few days. 
 
Note: You can make this KETO by using my Keto Fry Chicken Flour and Sugarfree Marmalade
