Kinky Line #11 Sex-A-Roni
1 cup Black Rice
2 oz Squid Ink Pasta, crushed finely into 1/4-1/2 inch sticks
2 T Oil
2 T Butter
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 red hot chili, minced
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1/3 cup Craisins, plumped in hot water
1 t Cumin
1/2 t Smoked Paprika
2 t Chicken Bouillon
Salt and Pepper
Fry the onion, garlic, Craisins, salt, chili, pepper, cumin and smoked paprika in oil till translucent, set aside.
On medium, fry the rice and Pasta in butter, till toasted (about 5 minutes), add the veggies, fry 1 minute, then add 3 cups hot water and the chicken bouillon.
Cover and let cook 25 mins on low
Serve
