Happy Pride Day With Rainbow Chewy Noodles
Pride Day Soup
Broth
Note: I eat this broth with cubed tofu at least twice a month, and its delicious even with the weird ingredient, so Im using this for my soup base so the noodles stand out.,
4 cups boiling Water
3 packets Lipton Cup Of Soup Cream Of Chicken
1/2 cup Light Cream or Coconut Milk
1 cup diced cooked potatoes
1 cup diced cooked chicken
Salt
Pepper
Dry Parsley or chives
Glitter noodles
2 cups rice flour
2 cups tapioca starch
FIRST, Mix the rice and tapioca flours together in a big bowl
SECOND get 6 small bowls and measure out 2/3ds a cup of this mixture into all 6 bowls
THIRD Add
Red Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Orange Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Yellow Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Green Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Blue Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Purple Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Orange Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Yellow Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Green Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Blue Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
Purple Food Color and Food Safe Glitter
To each bowl
FOURTH Now,
Add 1/3rd cup boiling water to the red bowl and with gloves on knead it together. If its too dry add a little more water.
Then repeat with orange, then, yellow, then green, then blue, then purple.
Put a large pot of water on the stove to boil and put each color thru an Indian SEV maker or another handheld pasta maker into the water and cook the noodles, drain and place in the white soup broth.
Serve
Put cubed tofu or diced cooked chicken breasts or shrimp in it if wanted.
OR
Make it into a DESSERT, with sweetened Coconut milk, Chopped Nuts, Toasted Coconut and Dried Fruit.
