Grapefruit Fennel Spritzer

 

1 Fresh Fennel Bulb (bulb only, no fronds or stalks)

2 cups Sugarfree Del Monte Red Grapefruit in syrup

1/3- 1/2 cup Truvia

 

 Buzz these three things in a Vitamix. Then pour some into a tall glass and top it with

 

Soda Water (and more sweetener to taste)

and serve with a straw
